Please fill out a form for each player. If you have more than one child playing, you need to fill out a separate form for each child!! 

**An invoice will be sent to the email you provide on the registration form that must be paid before the start of the season** 

Pricing as follows:

FLAG (Kindergarten, 1st, & 2nd grades)

   $100 registration

Pee-Wee (3rd & 4th grades) AND Midgets (5th & 6th)

   $125 registration
